Gus, as he was known, was the exceptional dog that led Lois on the path to becoming a professional trainer. Because of his remarkable talent, she was determined to find an accomplished professional through which she could learn the art and science of training retrievers. Needless to say, she found the trainer and, for the next three years, she apprenticed with this professional to educate herself. Training retrievers soon became her new professional pursuit, and eighteen years later she is still as passionate as ever about training retrievers. In this time span, she has titled numerous Master, Senior, and Junior level dogs as well as competing successfully in Field Trials. Lois brings extensive experience, success in competition and a gift for working with animals to training your retriever.
