Heart and Soul’s Saved MH QA2 –  “Faith” 2006 – 2018

We never thought Betsy could be replaced… but Faith was definitely her mother’s daughter. She had the same marking ability, sensibility and intelligence. She was an  endearing animal to be around. Faith won the Colonial Retriever Club’s Qualifying Stake in the fall of 2008 and became Qualified All Age at two and a half. Faith then ran the Colonial Retriever Club’s Qualifying  Stake in the spring of 2009 and won.

Heart and Soul’s Manna from Heaven QA2 MH – “Moses” 2006 – 2018

Moses had more than enough drive and desire of his own, and also inherited his mother Betsy ’s marking  ability. He was such a pleasure to train because all he wanted to do was please you. At the age of two he received his Master Hunter title, by qualifying five out of six.  He was a true athlete.  Like his mother and sister he won 2 Qualifying Stakes and received the QA2 title.

Sandy Brook Farm’s Sweet Escape SH – “Hershey” – 1998- 2014

HersheyWe said goodbye to Hershey in the spring of 2014. She was a real character! She was always so much fun  to train because of her antics. She was full of drive and  desire with an excellent marking ability. She was also a true companion and will be missed.

Saltmarsh Black Angus MH – “Gus”  – 1990 – 2003

Gus - the dog that started it all
Gus – the dog that started it all

Gus was an amazing marking dog, very intelligent and always eager to learn and play the game. He was the reason for Lois’ involvement in dog training. There will always be a special place in our hearts for him and he is missed immensely. Gus received his Master Hunter title before the age of three and was an amazing marking dog.
